Added new PK3 files that contain only the OCs and the other media characters respectively, in case anyone wanted to load all of one specific side

I thought that providing individual versions of the characters would help with that I thought the individual characters was a good solution to that, but I understand if you mean "load all of one specific side"

To whoever happens to read this, what's your stance on me splitting the OCs into their own pack?
