I think this might be a misunderstanding. I'm pretty sure when he said its easier for computers to hold the momentum, he meant that its easier for them to maintain momentum because you have more control on a computer than a phone.

Yeah im really sure its the sega saturn. I think motoroach even says so in his sprite tutorial. The sprite style of srb2 is supposed to kinda replicate the Sonic Xtreme style, and the official srb2 models (jeck jim's) are saturn styled. So it really would make sense for the game to be based off...

Im pretty sure that Glorped's dropdash port has a file in the zip file that has the dropdash bound to spin. Try that maybe?

i really like this mod. it makes the game a lot more fun. but ive experienced a couple of bugs where you have influence on your player's movement in situations where you shouldnt. holding forwards or backwards after your hit will almost negate any knockback and increase knockback respectively...

I found out about srb2 when i was 8 iirc. I watched a video by Marius [Urucu] and downloaded it cuz why not. Thats kinda it really, although I like to think about how bad I was at the game compared to now. Like I hated modern sonic back then because i couldnt control the boost well, now i love him.
