Spongebob, definitely. It's not as good today, but back when I was younger, it was absolutely fantastic. I didn't watch that much non-Nickelodeon shows, so most of the shows I watched as a kid were Fairly Odd Parents, Spongebob, and Danny Phantom.

Probably Mephiles, his design looks like one of the billion Sonic OCs on the internet, the way they use him actually sucks, and the fact that he was in Sonic 06 just adds insult to injury.
