For me, it's personally the Splatoon 2 OST and both Shantae and the Pirates Curse's & Shantae Half Genie Hero's OSTs. Jake Kaufman did wonderful work for those Shantae games and the Splatoon 2 OST is funky as heck. What's everyone else's? Can be from any video game you all like.
