    Jte Holidays/Command line.

    I want to use JTE holidays but I have trouble using them. I know what they are and that you have to put -holiday 1-7. But I can't put them in the console. I read this about an hour ago. "Make sure you're typing it in the command line and not the console" How do you access the command line?
