I'm trying to host a dedicated server, but it is not showing up in the server browser. I've forwarded ports 5029-5031 on UDP and TCP and changed my IP address to a static one outside DHCP range, as per Oragespark's Tutorial, but it still isn't working and I can't find any information anywhere...
