You would need to remove the peelout from the 3D model itself, which requires editing the model.

a workaround would be loading sugoi after loading chrispychars, however that isn't possible currently due to sugoi.exe automatically loading sugoi first. sugoi trilogy is an extremely huge mod, so it's bound to conflict with other mods.

are you sure that you cannot run 2.2.13? have you tried to tweak the graphics options? in my experience performance improves with updates, and i used to play with 15 year old hardware. have you tried enabling OpenGL? or are you using the web port by chance?
