Goku Collectible has had some sounds touched to be a bit louder while Mini Goku Collectible (9,8) is more or less the complete opposite of Goku Collectible considering how much power he has in store, which is why he needed a kart to move around on! Rivals of each other too as well!

I had to check if this was actually correct and it is. I honestly never really noticed this on my playthrough till you mentioned it. Guess Barney is the only exception of this since you play as him in Blue Shift.
