    'LEGACY' control scheme wrt Knuckles Climb

    The 'LEGACY' control scheme doesn't behave as 'LEGACY' did with respect to Knuckles climbing. CAMERA TURN LEFT and CAMERA TURN RIGHT should cause Knuckles to strafe on the wall, rather than only turning the camera.

    I'll be open-sourcing the MD3 tools here in the next few days, time permitting. The Blender MD3 export plugin (that works with the CURRENT version of Blender) is also a rare find, so I'll provide that, too.

    Kart just got MD3 support, so you may want to retarget. I'm actually interested in your workflow, since I have a MD3 export plugin for Blender that I modified, and also built some other MD3 tools for editing the metadata and such.

    My kids would love to play this together. It would be awesome to have 4 or more local players possible, but at minimum, when starting a Two Player Game, the split screen render should not be enabled.
