Fixed up bomb, added a bit to freezetag, optimized variables to prevent desyncs, added three new abilities. modified two old abilities

Fixed a looping feature that would crash the game if only one player existed at the start of the round. Never came up in testing due to usually loading into co-op before everyone joined.

turns out I figured out why. This update allows people to tag each other (WOW CRAZY) It has new hud elements, and all the other stuff I did leading up to this rerelease Also taggers have double the super time compared to runners. It seemed fair imo (might make it toggleable in the future)

I absolutely love Whisper and her moveset. I've been playing her non-stop in persona and base SRB2, but I've had a bug where cube leaves me stranded on the ground in base SRB2. I can't move in the slightest, nor can I cancel it. I have to suicide just to begin moving again, but that doesn't fix...

What character were you using? Because I know for a fact that SMS requires a small bit of change in his code to get it to work.

The Cvars weren't syncing up. Woops. Also gave compatibility to EggRoboTag maps.
