KILLINGDEAD ON doesn't trigger cheats

See title. It also reads as an "environmental hazard" in the console log, which is a pretty vague description.

A method of toggling 2D mode while debugging levels. It would be most practical to DISABLE 2D mode if you're currently within it, but if enabled, simply use the character's angle as the 2D angle.

Unless I'm missing something obvious, there's no simple solution to toggle 2D mode, which can make stages with a 2D transition quite difficult if you get stuck somewhere (especially if NOCLIP is also...

Texture filtering/Anisotropy options don't save to config

In other words, if you prefer nearest_mipmap and 16x anisotropic filter, you have to set that value every time you boot up.

The value snaps back to normal once you come back to life. Notice how the timelimit is still decreasing in the background. Shouldn't the HUD value ALWAYS...

Is this an intentional design choice? I find it very strange to be fighting a boss whose pattern is "fire 4 spiky things, immediately fly towards you, rinse, repeat" when the "fly towards you" part...

Is an explicit list of each official gametype needed? Perhaps the wording could be changed to say "This room is for vanilla SRB2 gametypes" or "Gametypes you can select from the Host Game menu"....
