[Open Assets] Quick Fang The Sniper V1

As the name implies, the goal of this mod aims to make Fang's gameplay style a bit faster than it normally was, here are these changes:



TAIL BOUNCE


- Tail bounce no longer reduces momentum upon activating it nor cancelling it

- Landing on the ground no longer briefly stops Fang before continuing.

- Landing a Tail bounce will send Fang even higher than before (even more if its in an underwater or low-gravity section).
