[Open Assets] Jelly Sonic 1.1

Just something i tried to make when i was bored since i saw there's a version of this for tails but not sonic.
Also it's like, really janky, this is my first time making a mod with lua in a game like this.

Abilities:

• Jump Thok
  Press jump in the air to do a jump thok. This is pretty much the same as a regular thok but you gain some height.

well after who knows how long this finally got approved. so heres a small upd:

-made him a bit faster
-changed bounce SFX
