There is not one I am aware of. Besides, it'd be a lot for a web port.
It's a massive game.
SRB2 (srb2.pk3 + characters.pk3 + music.pk3 + zones.pk3) is ~163MB in total.
SRB2Kart (chars.kart + gfx.kart + maps.kart + music.kart + sounds.kart + srb2.srb + textures.kart) is ~477MB in total.

data folder alone is 685MB. That's over half a gigabyte.It might be possible but I would not know for sure.
