Can someone help me find this mod

I think it was called 'Tails magnet' where if tails was flying and pressed custom 1 it would gravitate the closest player to them, I remember it was in srb2 ex

I think that one was made specifically for SRB2EX. I was never on that server, but a lot of the mods from it got carried into Soashi's Modded Planet, one I play on a lot, which includes the Magnet Grab you're looking for! I don't think it's available as a separate mod, but if you're willing to get a little bit technical, you should be able to extract it from the larger mod they put it into for personal use. You could also ask for a standalone of the Magnet Grab in their Discord server, since I think one of the major people who ran EX is in there.
