Of course he didn’t literally mean that he was immortal.
I took that statement to mean that Logan’s really dedicated and not going to cancel the project if he can help it.
Last I checked he hasn’t said anything about the project being cancelled on his social medias as well. I also don’t think he’s the type of person to cancel something in secret.

Don't talk about that!
He surely didn't lose the account either, also, we KNOW the immortal thing's a joke, of course, but the thing is... He's working on it! Not all the time; We've seen Logan go on/off often, after all, and, if this was truly cancelled, he'd go online and confirm it.
Oh, I didn't know 2 other people answered too!
