Added Petula Woolwright, Zoe Trent, Dreamy, Baba Looey, and Reese racers.
Replaced Gourm racer with Shiori.
Redid sprites for Giegue racer.
Re-implemented Modded Title Screen Graphics and Misc. Music Tracks.
Added a "Split Packs" option for those who only want some of the characters.
