Is it normal for a mod to take more than 2 weeks to be approved?

As a follow up to my previous thread, my Ring Racers character mod still hasn’t been approved, despite it being 2 weeks since I published it.

I have already fixed and found more bugs since I published it, but can’t update it.
 
Yeah, it is. There are a lot of other mods that have to get approved, so it's bound to take a while for the judges to get to all of them. If you're worried, talk to the staff directly.
 
A lot of other mods HAVE been approved since then though. Hmm.
