Tails' Hover will now make you either go forward or directly up depending on what button your press (forward or jump)

ok so uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh game breaking glitch was already found by me
if you are super and go fast enough, the speedometer (which uses skin colors for its visuals) will try to use oob skin colors. which in return, will crash the game

I like this mod, I just wish I could have the changes for each of the modded characters to be their own separate Lua file.

(For example, Silver is way more fun to play when using this, but I may not always want the changes made to Shadow)
