Greenflower Zone, Techno Hill Zone, Deep Sea Zone, Mine Maze Zone, Rocky Mountain Zone, Dark City Zone, Grand Eggship (doomship) Zone, Castle Eggman Zone, Egg Rocket Zone, and finally Egg Rock. Arid Canyon Zone will be it's own bonus stage called Neo Arid Canyon.

Why Castle Eggman after Doomship? Also Egg Rocket sounds a little too similar to doomship..

That was the zone line up me and M1STQ thought of before he disappeared. Basically GEZ gets destroyed and you crash near CEZ, like with Sonic 3's Flying Battery. Also I'm not sure how a literal rocket sounds too similar to a ship but okay.
 
How could a rocket be a zone tho

Blue Mountain will be separated from Red Volcano. Egg Rocket will be two acts, the first act will be I'm the forest, act two will be like Egg Rocket from Sonic Advance.

Since no one got the mysterious important techno hill like level correct, i was going to suggest that it was slime valley or egg factory, (all i know about them is that demo 2 had title cards for them) but now i guess it's egg rocket 1?

also you should probably rename egg rocket, as it shares an abbreviation with eggrock (erz). thats the same reason doomship got renamed to grand eggship, it shared an abbreviation with deep sea (dsz). also egg rock and egg rocket are too similar anyway.

all that aside, i cant wait to see how this turns out! its already very promising

Oh look, someone finally got the name for the THZ looking stage. Slime Valley is the name.
Don't worry, I will rename Egg Rocket Zone into something else when I can think of it.

I thought Doomship was supposed to be the level transitioning to Egg Rock, but whatever.
