I quite like the vulnerability that the homing thok has by putting you into the falling state instead of the spinning state if you don't home onto anything, with a bit of polish to the sprites and correct alignment this could be a simple yet solid character.

(Also i noticed they're a bit taller than Sonic is this intentional?)
