OBS Issue.

MY RING!
I know I said something about this in the SRB2 Discord, but I think it'd be better to make a thread about this issue.

Let me explain:

I was doing a recording for an SRB2 mod I making using OBS. While I was recording, the game ran fine (even if there was a bit of lag).

But I don't know what happened, but when I stopped recording, and the video saved, the video output made it so that when I switched to SRB2, the screen went black. All I could hear while watching the video was SRB2 sounds....

I don't know how to fix this, please help!

What renderer were you using?

This issue hasn't occurred since I started using OpenGL. OBS works well with OpenGL because my new powerful PC has enough RAM for recording and supports games.

Well cool, but everyone who reports this exact issue has the same thing in common: OpenGL.

Glad to hear it, but that doesn't negate what's happening here.
Sorry, I forgot this thread is about OpenGL not working with OBS. My Answer was "You can use Software, it works with OBS. Because Software just makes everything better than what OpenGL causes"

There is no sharing files, it's just you record the screen, and then afterward, you're done.
No, I mean playing it in windowed in mode, and having my background be shown that has my Personal files./things
