To start up my modding journey, I decided to make Sonic with a middle mouth like in the M&S Olympics, or MMSonic.


I have a picture below of MMSonic. Thoughts?

Not really much to say

It's just..vanilla Sonic but with his mouth in the middle

Hardly anything to critique over
 
I'll give him the sound effects from Sonic Generations, Sonic 1 HUD, and Thok-spam to give MMSonic some specialty.
 
Sounds like you don't have a clear direction for this dude, think about how he's gonna play first, how you're going to script these abilities and how you're going to sprite this dude, I suggest you start spriting from scratch, try spriting a Modern Sonic, with the mouth in it's middle of course, just like the Olympic games, that would help give this dude some personality from just Vanilla Sonic with the mouth in the middle
