I'm confused on what these mean, because, i went to check on the pk3 files as soon as i saw these, and the files were fine. I re-download checked it, did a check in a fresh ring racers folder, and i even checked in SLADE. So one of the things i must ask, what zip program are you opening it up...

A New Cup has been released, The Room Cup! Includes 5 tracks, 2 battle stages. (This is an unfinished cup, released now due to things that are about to happen IRL.) (Also includes Updates for Beaker Cup) Files Are now Permanently Separate! I don't know if this will help with server downloads...

Hotfix! Alpake City: Fixed a fence not having collision. Midnight Motorist: Fixed an exploit where you could pass the finish line on the other side, causing unnecessary quick laps. (Both issues pointed out by SuperMarineWorld)

oh wow, releasing an emergency patch RN. the Fence was originally a shortcut but after discovering how busted it was i replaced it. i must of forgot to change it back to solid. my fault.
