In Sonic games or in games just general? Sonic games seem to have more forest areas then city areas, at least that's what I recall. As for generally, I'd have no clue. Quality wise, I don't think it makes a difference.

I can beat that, my hotel has no 13th floor. Then again, it also doesn't have a 6th, 7th, etc. floor either. Seriously though, some hotels are superstitous and omit the number 13. I've been in a hotel that was 21 stories high without a 13th floor, so yeah.
