    minecarts are jank and slow (even with speed-pads) for modern sonic, extremely limiting when he also interacts with them as rails. i do not have a clue how to disable that interaction, nor do i really care when there are already grind rails. setup is also tedious when you have to work with...

    ive decided to follow the long concept of turning red volcano and blue mountain into one level--sorry to disappoint you. it's gonna be a half-split so it's one minute of blue mountain and one minute of red volcano.

    arid canyon is complete, final time are up=2:35 minutes and dp=2:50 minutes. took longer than expected (16 days) but thats alright. im satisfied with the results

    it would fit, but setting it up is a hassle and grind rails already serves the purpose of the minecart rails behavior to modern sonic.
