It happened so much times at this point but maybe because I don't have a gamer PC,I literally play in a notebook

For some reason sometimes,when I enter the game there's a bug with the gamedata, saying that I need to eliminate the gamedata because is a different version and the same thing happens with the mods like Encore mode or Sol Estancia.Do you know why this happens?

I cannot access the classic menu or change anything,it only works the HUD Edit: Don't quote me I'm a dumbass I typed and the third time worked
