Yo, how can I make a custom level pack with a Metallica type soundtrack?

I know TehRealSalt does that when he's a teen but I was wondering if I could make a level pack with Metallica and Disturbed type music? Can you tell me how because I can make one level but making a level pack? That's a different story.
