Any pack with lua causes this issue if we also perform the trick required to make it run in RA. Basically, loading the pack loads it with a seperate game data save so you can RA it, however it also means it only has progress you've made while playing with it.

Fresh on the heels of it being revealed in JartCast, the track is now out for the masses. Enjoy it, then promptly ignore it and remind me constantly of how good Splashdown is.
First off, cool idea! I like the track, its marked out well and the unique signage is both cute and functional. Plus the unique setting grabbed my attention immediately so kudos for that.
