If you hit the Eggman Monitor just as you're entering this zoomtube tunnel, you'll take damage and exit the automated sequence, causing you to become stuck as most characters unless you restart from checkpoint.

Adding this wad seems to increase Knuckles's jump height for whatever reason.
Not really a big deal, but it does break levels that have paths they don't want Knuckles to go on.
Personally, I think the best way to handle it would be to change the homing attack to a slow thok instead.
Then there wouldn't be a need to change buttons around, and you'd never homing attack when you want to use chaos control and vise versa.
