For Tails, I think a unique idea is to make it so C1 makes him do a cyclone attack. like in sonic adventure, he can get dizzy but it is very forgiving. Also if he uses it in air, it could be his mid air attack from battle which let's him keep speed and still cross more gaps. I think it would be...
