It most likely will, considering going full-speed then automatically attaching to a wall in a semi-cramped map for X-Sonic just leads him to run up every wall on accident. Maybe it'll be interchangeable, we'll only tell when we see it.

About X-Sonic getting updates, I'd love to see how X-Shadow would actually turn out as a character for an update apart from the Inazuma Shadow mod (not that I'm asking for one, I would only be comfortable asking Blue if he was making X-Shadow for real).
