He probably didn't add a super sonic head sprite. So when you turn super (and your skin color changes to yellow instead of blue) the head becomes yellow, you can even test this out in multiplayer by switching your skin color.

Yes, if you press Spin while tails is in his tired state, you will say "Hang on!" and a Sonic head will appear to motivate Tails

When you beat BCZ3 in Multiplayer, you cant skip them, even if you skip the level itself. You need an admin or mod to be on so they can warp to GFZ1.
