Added Elliana to the package, cars and characters are now in separate pk3 files.

I appreciate the changes to brakes activating fast fall, but I would also think an accessibility option to restrict fast fall to the spindash button would improve consistency to avoid misinputs. I still find myself in situations where I end up activating fast fall on very small decents.
