    Fixed Change to OpenGL from in the game causes mouse issues on relaunch

    Changing the renderer to OpenGL from the ingame menu, quitting, and relaunching via the .exe causes the mouse camera to become sluggish. Launching via the "SRB2 - OpenGL.bat" file fixes the issue until you launch via .exe again. Changing the renderer back to software and relaunching via .exe...
