Wait does SA-Sonic (Base form) has an idle animation or just static like most addons/mods, Thought of it seeing Xtreme Sonic again earlier and reminded myself of his idles, Not sure if he does have it or not but I still want to make sure.

Sets it to the default SA2 color. Incase you change your mind mid-game, I suppose. If we can come up with extra alt palettes, I could make it those. Not like we have a lack of buttons.

Not sure about the other one, but mine was a joke about the fact that people were concerned about his effects being on par with SMS/HMS. If you want something more straightforward, then SAEffects is probably the most obvious choice.

Its been quite some time since I last talked here, but the whole time I've been here looking at the progress. And as I can see, everything looks outstanding so far! While I sort of dislike SMS I feel like the support would be something I'll be fine with, the main thing I would probably the lag from most servers. Mainly because of their effects. Though keep up the great work with everything! I'm so exited for this to be done!
By the way if its alright for me to ask, how many sprites are left to be made? Or is it just the scripts?

I absolutely love the idle and ledge animations, both really capture that SA2 feel and I adore how smooth they look. Being able to change back to SA2's palette is also a nice touch! I know I can be pretty unsure of what colours I like to use in multiplayer so having the option to change it whenever on load in single player is awesome. I wish I could suggest more colours you could use and assign to SA-Sonic! And to know all SA-Sonic's other visual flair isn't a hit on performance is great! I don't think it's a problem for me regardless, but a lot of people run the game on obscenely low end toasters so it's great to know.

Also, man the extra touches given to SA-Sonic through SMS are cool! I love seeing extra touches like this, and the extra power given to his super form is incredible. Though, I don't think Milne and Dirk need support? I always thought Milne's kick dance was cute but a bit tacky, and I can't think of a single Adventure style animation that could match it's tempo. And IIRC most freezing hazards just use the hurt frame or death frame colourized to look icy, so Dirk isn't really in need of support either. The only mod support outside of what's already included I'd like to see for SA-Sonic would be... support for SRB2 Persona, maybe? You really could just go the Pointy route of just using vanilla Sonic's stats and moves (he even uses Adventure voice clips!) and I'd be totally happy, but it would be cool for some of the more gimmicky Adventure era references to go there- maybe he could have the Heroes Blue Tornado as an attack skill there, or use Sonic Shuffle cards and items?

And I wish you guys luck again in the final stretch! December can come with a lot of outside pressure and of course the holidays, so I hope it's smooth sailing from here!
 
I can't contain my excitement for this mod. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL IT COMES OUT!!!!
And also, AWESOME work Metal and Shine, IT LOOKS AWESOME! ESPECIALLY THOSE IDLE SPRITES!!!!
