Webber "The Indigestible" has been given an oppertunity to get away from the terrifying world of The Constant... Into a kart racer
Webber has the stats of 4 speed and 3 weight, putting him in the lighter and slightly slower category, and has already managed to make rivals, namely; Dr Eggman, Big, and Tails Doll
I do intend to continue updating the sprites, maybe turn this into a character pack?
