[Open Assets] Wearable Halos v3

(Sorry, No animated halo for this update.)

• Added Pixel Perfect, Burnish, Golden, Kitsune (Based of Diggle Track Pack Icon), Popstar, Special and Most importantly; Communication (whatsapp).
• Replace the Square Horn with something else and gave it to Pixel Perfect.
• Icons are now using only 1 Icon for Saving time.
