Do you got what it takes to beat him? It may or may not be an easy task to get through.

This is the also first official map I've made so I really do hope y'all enjoy it. =)
I recommend playing this on OpenGL. Haven't really figured out about the background all the way.
Use Command "map ub -f" on console if you can't access the level select.​

This bossfight is extremely good. It manages to be the single hardest boss I've ever fought in srb2 while not feeling unfair. This mod was a joy to play. Especially as a Metal Sonic main. If you haven't, I IMPLORE YOU to do this fight as Metal Sonic it is extremely fun, extremely challenging, and lore accurate. I REALLY need more bosses like this in SRB2, where speed is still the name of the game. THIS IS WHAT I'M FUCKIN TALKING ABOUT. THIS MOD IS PEAKKKKK

this is probably one of the best SRB2 bosses of all time, yeah he may be cracked as hell but maybe that's just lore accurate sonic. he even has a finisher as well, the animation sequences are simply beautiful

Amazing boss fight overall.

I played with **X Sonic** and **Vanilla Knuckles** to get a good understanding of the fight overall for people wondering. As X Sonic I loved how goofy it was to fight U!Sonic, the zip dash interacted well (only sometimes U!Sonic ended up recovering after getting hit and he ended up getting a free shot off??)

Using Vanilla Knuckles as well was a fun experience as well, for anybody struggling I'd suggest completely restraining yourself from using the jump and just press spin instead, especially when he's about to use his homing attack (e.g: when he lands the spindash, go into a roll and it cancels both, then go into a roll again to land a successful hit) (that's the strat I used.)

In the end, **9.9/10**, I genuinely can't wait 'til act 2 drops against Super Sonic, can't wait to work with ya!

this add on is very cool! although i dont have a clear idea on how to hit him, like i think you spin before he thoks but sometimes its another way??? and also, i feel like it kind of goes against the mechanics of srb2, like sometimes i "hit" him but it doesnt make the noise that implies it, so from what im understanding i have to hit him while hes in that state, which is very quick and i get knockback from doing that, so i cant hit him because i already used my thok.

To hit him, you'll need to be fast about it. Faster than he get's to react, or yes, spinning when he homing attacks. You'll know you hit him if he makes pain grunts.

Very well designed! Definitely waaayyy too hard for me, but it's basically what's advertised on the tin (it did say kaizo level). I will note that the stage might be a bit too big because it's hard to keep track of someone as small as Sonic, but it might just be a skill issue on my end. Congrats on your first map! It's super fun (if only I could beat it without using the very broken character Miku, who can constantly turn herself invincible.)

I will note that the cutscenes didn't play on my end, just an all black screen, but that might be b/c of the character mods I added.

the fight is so good that x sonic himself can solo sonic with dark form
but other than that this is very challenging without x sonic

its good. please playtest your maps in both renderers, the sky is kinda messed up in software mode. make it a thok barrier or smth.

I was aware. I mentioned on by post that it's recommended to play on OpenGL as I am still learning Zone Building.

peak, really tests your reaction and speed making it super hard on any non-speed character. though while i played this with modern sonic, i accidentally made him fly into the sky when i hit him too hard. it's ok tho, i'm playing an old mod and was fighting a boss from a brand new one.
