-Gba Orbulon (Orbulon uses custom kart Oinker. Also it's Based on GBA sprites in WarioWare inc on gba)
also note also it have random rivals (he doesn't have any rivals)

-It's just a little tophat guy which lives in Probland Tunnel system. But yet he have something unique about himself he can apparently can copy appearance of some racers...
