[Open Assets] The Bushmill Cup v1.1.4b

Hello everyone! v1.1.4b hits with a few small bug fixes and improvements listed down below. While I wanted to wait on staff ghost implementation by the rest of the crew, I felt these fixes are important enough to warrant immediate attention. Changelog for v1.1.4b:

- Cut down filesize by ~2MB. The Noise TV Studio track wasn't properly looped, now it is!
- Set correct flags for the Finish line linedef action in Schottische Burg that weren't set before and are needed

Ceasar Coliseum changes:
- Reduced the number of Item boxes per line in order to block the view less.
- Added a very small delay (8 tics) before the lava pit forms and made the latter clearer to spot with the addition of lightning and midtextures.

So in the biggest lie ever I said in the previous update post, I have now patched out the top skips for Noise TV with v1.1.4a. Yeah I walked back on that quickly, sorry.
Hello everyone, v1.1.4 hits with some minor adjustments to a few tracks, based on feedback I was able to observe over the past week. Before I list what changed, I'd like to thank everyone on this message board and also on the Kart Krew discord for playing our cup. The reception to all of our tracks has been overwhelmingly positive, much better than anyone on the Bushmill crew, and myself, ever anticipated. Many thanks!!!

Here's whats different for v1.1.4:

- Fabrikenzone got almost all of the stylized arrows removed, Ark Arrows now indicate the way
- Applied some SOC and LUA fixes as pointed out by PencilVoid (thank you) to the extent I was able to
- Added a missing control bot sector for tricking to Mayday Submarine
This update introduces some small QoL changes for Fabrikenzone, and adresses some performance issues for Noise TV studio with its Lap 2 section.
