SEGA Offbeats Pack for Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers Sega Offbeats Pack V1.5

So I was indeed in a good mood and not swamped by college work, also respriting Derakkuma was much faster (bless thy simple geometric shapes), and now he comes with sound effects from maimai.


Also Alex's front sprites had an error so I fixed it as well, be sure to get the newest version of his pk3 file.

Sooo... been awhile since the last update. College sucks.

Anyways, a new version for the Sega Offbeats Pack is out, this update being a resprite for Alex Kidd. Derrakuma will be getting a resprite soon, whenever I am not swamped with college work and when I am in a good mood to sprite.

New character time, it's the little "lion" himself, Derakkuma from maimai. This character came out pretty quickly because of how simple Derakkuma's design is, as well as wanting to render him in that Sanrio-esque style. From here on out, the characters are going to start getting more and more obscure. Hence the name change to the "SEGA Off-Beats Pack".

Also just found it really funny how Derakkuma is opposite of Bark...

A quick hotfix for the audio and sprites:

Alex Kidd:
- Gave more volume to Alex's hair
- A missing sfx was placed in
- Volume of the sfxs have been lowered a bit
