- Added 2 new racers
- added 3 new color palettes, two for Medic (Kritzkrieg and Vaccinator) and one for Majima (Slugger)
- minor changes to Saturn's sprites to smooth out his rotation
- very minor bug fixes not worth listing out
- removed the Netplay version (that contain Lua) because it was never necessary​

Noel and Ragna came straight out of kagutsuchi to turn the wheels of fate
