Central City in this pack is split into two identical maps ("CentralCityRace" and "CentralCityBattle") for the purpose of maintaining separate ghosts per gametype, while the version in the cerv.id all-in-one pack is "CentralCity", all in one. As such, when loaded together, you end up with a duplicate Central City per gamemode. I've provided an additional SOC for download that hides the cerv.id pack's. Just load that last of the three files.
As for Hydrocity, you'll want to load this pack AFTER the Act 1 - Act 2 pack. If I end up updating Central City or Hydrocity again, the cerv.id packs will have out-of-date versions of the maps, and whichever is loaded second supercedes the first. Mind your load order!!
