[DISCONTINUED] Mako Mankanshoku for Ring Racers 1.3.5

Had made quite a few changes since my last release but never documented them until now. With that being said as of this new release, changes/fixes includes

- New working designs goal post should the setting for it be enabled.
- Replaced some of her english voice lines with new ones direct from Kill La Kill: IF
- Fixed up and improved her english gloat (Invincibility) sound clip
- Minor resprite to better fit with the rest of her animations
- General sprite improvements to her base goal post and her character select icon
- Repositioned some of her animation frames in making them more aligned with each other

Forgot to change the version number on the WAD files and is now fixed.

Changes mentioned previously on GameBanana.
- Resprited and fixed up her victory goal post [Specifically her hair]
- Now comes included with a alternate version that has full on color support for the rest of her sprite animation frames as well as her player and character select icons (Labeled as CS)

New Changes
- New rival pairings. Shadow (In reference to Ryuko), Sonic (In Reference to Satsuki) and Tesladon's Ragyo Kiryuin

Like before as mentioned from the main post, Each version comes included with both her English and Japanese voice lines of your choosing.
