Kirby Star Racers (& Followers) 1.2.1

To celebrate Kirby's 33rd anniversary, here's a small portion of a future update, as Venog, the poison ability enemy from Kirby: Planet Robobot, has arrived! His stats are 1-5.

Noddy, Blade Knight, Poppy Bros. Jr., and Ringle has arrived!

Also My Gooey is now only available in the zip folder containing the characters separately, in case you wanted to load this along with Drift Deluxe.

Broom Hatter, Laser Ball, Bomber, Sparky, Chilly, and Parasol Waddle Dee have arrived! Sparky has a custom color via lua: Spark - it's like the vanilla robin color, minus the cyan.

Also Nago got some color tweaks, and Gooey has an extra Y added to the internal name and a different prefix (GOOY) to avoid conflicts when Drift Deluxe is loaded
