Isaiah's Workshop of Ring Racers 2.1

New character I needed to warrant the hotfix with, but I was also working on, so may as well also release him as a singular addition, Ace Lang from Gun Kitty.

As far as hotfixes go, I remembered to actually name the file for Cailean's gloat sound properly, because I forgot to and el naturally, it was also replacing Sonic's

Finally, version 2. This version brings in three characters this time, alongside a small few adjustments to a few others.

The other stuff
Smaller adjustments to other characters

• Olympia and Scott's minimap icons were adjusted. I just came back into making characters for this game at that time, I forgot its flat color
• Olympia actually has a sigg now
• Rivals were adjusted or added across charatcers
  • Johnny Cage now has rivals, his being Fang, Heavy Magician, and Chance
  • Olympia's third rival is now Mighty. Aiai also replaces Heavy as her rival
  • Peacemaker now has Fang and Metal Sonic as rivals, both replacing Espio and Cage

So... after a year, Johnny Cage has gotten a complete resprite, looking completely fresh and now like the latest 2 characters. And here I'll show both the old and new for a comparison

	Bankable Star - Originally meant to be the palette for the new resprite, but the shading didn't even look all that right. I decided "eh, may as well keep it"

As for anything regarding the new and upcoming characters, I dunno. Trying to get someone done, but spriting is honestly a pain, especially after you do it so many times, not that I'm complaining, and honestly trying to get ideas down. Rest assured, though, more characters will be in the works.

So this was going to be a thing where I was adding more characters, but I made one more and, since I liked her a bunch, may as well release an update adding her now.
