Allows any character to perform a Super Peel-out (and also enables Dash Mode). Hold the CUSTOM2 button to charge, then release it to launch.
Inspired by VL_SuperPeelout-v2.2 by MotdSpork.

In order to use the peel-out, you first need to enable it by typing enablepeelout on the console, and you can also use disablepeelout to, well, disable it.
These settings are persistent, but they only apply to the character you're currently playing as, so you have to enable the skill individually for every character you want to use it. It can be a bit tedious, but this allows you to choose which characters you want to use the skill.
This script was primarily tested with vanilla characters. It's known that some custom characters can work really well with it, like Shadow and Neo Sonic, but I can't guarantee it will work for other custom characters (that's why you can chose which characters can use it).

This script was not tested on versions prior to 2.2.13, so it's unknown if it will work as intended or at all on those versions, use it at your own risk.
