This pack will feature characters from both the original Rally All-Stars Character pack for SRB2 Kart along with new racers made for Ring Racers, plus extra features! Currently the character pack features three racers from the Ranma 1/2 series; Ranma Saotome (Boy-Type and Girl Type), Nabiki Tendo and Kasumi Tendo!

KNOWN ISSUES!!
Currently the Ring Racers version of Ranma may not play certain voice clips correctly from the player's perspective, whether in single-screen or split-screen multiplayer modes. Other players playing against Ranma players will hear the voice clips correctly.
Extras! 3D Models!
To view the included models, before launching the game you will need to modify [models.dat] (Using programs such as a text editor) and place the following at the end of the file. Be sure to save and close the file then turn on the OpenGL renderer in Ring Racers. You may also need to turn on 3D models if they are turned off. 3D models are also available for the followers pack and are loaded similar to the playable characters.

Ranma Characters Lua and SOC Information
The Ranma 1/2 characters includes types for Ranma (Boy and Girl) as a bundled "lua" version that includes both characters as 'cursed' characters. When driving into cold water or rain, Ranma will turn into a girl! Since there's no hot water in Ring Racers, (Typically!) Ranma will change back into a guy when he falls off the track. You can choose which type you want to start each race/battle session with and your choice is reflected in statistics as well as the goal post when a Ranma player finishes in first place.
New! to Ring Racers is the Bubble Shield which will also prevent transformations from happening when submerged in water or in a rainy section of a track. As soon as the bubble bursts, or a bubble shield trap laid by a rival pops, all water elements react to Ranma as normal.
For server hosts, the Lua code includes fail-safes in case the character pack(s) are not loaded correctly. Certain maps in the base game (As well as a few user made maps) are blacklisted preventing the curse from occurring in areas that aren't exactly water. (Such as lava or oil) The server host can also make use of a new server command from the user menu such as "ranma_curse" that prevent the curse from working. For more information select "ranma_help" from the user options when playing in a hosted session.
SOC Modifiers
Mapmakers and server hosts can now create their own specialty modifiers for maps via SRB2's SOC definitions. Included in the Extras folder are example soc files for some map packs that are available now. For best compatibility be sure to load the SOC files after loading the related level or level pack.
"Lua.ranma_no_curse" will disable the curse for liquid areas (Such as oil or lava!) The script already accounts for levels in the base game and do not need an external SOC definition to disable the curse on relevant tracks.
"Lua.ranma_hot_water" will cause all liquid areas to behave as 'hot' water which will change Ranma into his 'normal' form. There are no maps in the base game that make use of this.
