[Open Assets] Alive (Alivie) in Ring Racers v.2.1.1

Since Nealy's ingame realname has changed, Alivie's rivals thing has also been changed.

I've recently learned about what the rivals system is about, and so have managed to set character specific rivals for Alivie... and my other characters, too!

Alivie's rivals are NEALY + AJAYMAY (NEALY & AJAYMAY in Ring Racers), and Peachette (A Ring Racin' Super Crowned Princess). That's really it though.

Alivie now has unique SFX.
